Creative Lighting Design was formed in 1991 by Tim McAneney & Andy Searle to cater for the growing need for local lighting services in the Gisborne - Eastcoast area.
Initially supplying to the theatre industry, the company grew to also provide disco and band lighting equipment.
We stock a range of lighting & theatre equipment for hire & sale including luminaires, strobes, smoke and haze machines, trussing & rigging equipment , dimming, power distibution, control equipment, intelligent lighting, drapes & track as well as consumable items such as lamps, gaffa tape & fog fluid.
As agents for THEATRELIGHT, we have supplied control equipment to a number of organisations including schools, bands & clubs and are the preferred lighting supplier to the Gisborne District Council.
We are also distributors for SELECON lighting, renowned for their quality & reliability, these dominate our range of theatrical hire equipment, which is regularly tested & serviced by our registered electrical service technician.
We can also provide experienced lighting riggers & crew to install & operate lighting systems for your next event, whether it be a fashion parade, concert, product launch or theatre show.
